KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership & Delivery
• Supervise 2–3 RPO recruiters: set priorities, review pipelines, coach on best practices.
• Personally manage 5–8 senior or critical hires end-to-end (Director-level and above).
• Ensure SLA targets and candidate-experience standards are met across the pod.
Campus Recruitment
• Design and execute annual campus-hiring plan; build relationships with target universities.
• Organize career fairs, assessment centers and intern conversion programs.
HR Projects
• Lead or contribute to TA projects: process redesign, employer-branding campaigns, ATS upgrade, D&I initiatives, etc.
• Partner with HRBPs and COE teams on cross-functional programs.
Data & Analytics
• Track funnel metrics, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire and diversity stats; translate data into actionable insights.
• Build dashboards and present findings to HR leadership quarterly.
Stakeholder Management
• Consult hiring managers on market conditions, role scoping and interview techniques.
• Communicate fluently in English and local language with both senior executives and early-career talent.
REQUIREMENTS
• 6+ years of recruiting experience, including 1+ year leading or coordinating RPO/vendor teams.
• Demonstrated campus-recruitment experience (events, pipelining, intern programs).
• Solid project-management skills; able to run small-scale HR projects independently.
• Strong analytical mindset: comfortable with Excel, ATS reports, basic dashboards.
• Business-fluent English (written & spoken); additional languages a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-influencing abilities.
