Job Description

我们的客户是一家头部零售企业

一、 核心职责 (R&R)
1. 文化体系构建与运营
诊断文化现状,策划并落地全年文化项目(如入职融入、表彰庆典、文化传播),将“创新、
协作、真诚”内化为员工行为。
建立文化衡量机制,通过调研、反馈等感知组织氛围,输出洞察报告。
2. 管理者能力建设
与HRBP紧密合作,搭建各层级管理者能力发展体系,定义核心能力标准。
主导关键赋能项目(如新经理训练营、实战工作坊),并开发配套工具与资源库。
评估发展项目效果,确保对团队管理效能产生积极影响。
3. 年度绩效与人才盘点
与业务及HR团队紧密协作,设计并协助执行年度绩效和人才盘点流程

二、 经验要求 (必须项)
1. 7 年以上人力资源相关经验,其中至少4年专注于组织发展(OD)、企业文化或领导力发
展领域。
2. 具备独立负责大型文化或领导力项目的完整经验,包括从需求分析、方案设计到落地运
营的全流程。
3. 拥有团队管理或带领复杂项目跨职能团队的经验。
4. 有在高速成长的科技或消费品牌公司工作经验者优先。目标行业/公司:阿里CoE/OD或
BP

三、 核心能力要求 (关键项)
1. 战略规划与体系化思维:能够将抽象的文化与战略转化为清晰的路线图和可执行的体系。
2. 出色的项目管理与影响力:能高效推动项目落地,并影响关键干系人(特别是业务管理
者)认同与参与。
3. 沟通与引导能力:能够主持工作坊、进行有效培训,并向各层级清晰传达理念。
4. 文化契合:创新、务实、坚韧, 具有合作精神
