职责
1. 0-1搭建TD体系:胜任力模型、年度盘点、继任地图,首年覆盖总监+。
2. 升级企业大学:领导力/专业/销售三大学院,项目与业务KPI挂钩,ROI可量化。
3. 建人才数据仪表盘,关键岗位继任率≥90%,高潜流失预警≤5%。
4. 打造集团级旗舰项目(如“总经理加速营”),每年输出可提拔继任池2×3。
要求
• 8年+TD/LD经验,有继任&高管发展实战案例
• 数据敏感,能把人才指标讲成业务语言
• 本科+,英语可工作,具备高潜教练或高管教练认证优先
