Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary HR contact for managers and employees within assigned IT/Tech client groups (e.g., development, infrastructure, product), handling day-to-day HR inquiries and guidance.
• Partner with managers to execute core HR processes effectively, including performance management, compensation reviews, career development conversations, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support talent acquisition efforts by closely collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to identify needs and ensure a smooth candidate experience for tech roles.
• Analyze basic people data (attrition, hiring trends) to provide insights and help address team-level challenges.
• Support the rollout and adoption of HR programs and policies within the tech organization, facilitating change and new ways of working.
• Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing team culture, onboarding, and manager capability within a dynamic tech environment.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
• 8-15 years of broad HR experience.
• Must have at least 3 years of hands-on experience as an HR generalist or HRBP directly supporting IT, Technology, or R&D departments.
• Experience in a technology-driven or multinational company is preferred.
Industry Knowledge:
• A genuine interest in the technology sector.
• Familiarity with the basic structure of tech teams (e.g., roles like software engineers, QA, product owners) and their motivators is required.
Core Competencies:
• Strong client-service orientation and ability to build effective working relationships with tech managers and individual contributors.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
