Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to oversee the full P&L management \. The ideal candidate will partner closely with the General Manager (GM) to drive business performance through robust financial analysis, strategic planning, and operational support. This role requires a proactive leader with strong analytical skills and the ability to influence key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Take full ownership of the country’s P&L, ensuring accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
Provide strategic financial insights and analysis to the GM and senior leadership to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Lead monthly/quarterly financial closing processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations and corporate policies.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost structures, improve profitability, and mitigate financial risks.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, ACCA, or MBA preferred.
8+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a controlling or senior finance leadership role.
Proven track record of managing full P&L for a country or regional business unit.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly.
Experience working in multinational corporations or fast-paced industries is highly desirable.
