Position Summary
We are seeking an accomplished CFO to lead our financial strategy and execution as we prepare for an upcoming IPO. The ideal candidate will have firsthand experience serving as the primary leader of a U.S. or Hong Kong (PRC) IPO processwithin the healthcare/medtech sector. This individual will architect and drive financial readiness, investor communications, and capital-market strategy to ensure a successful public listing.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the end-to-end IPO plan, including timeline, roadmap, and resource allocation.
Lead financial reporting, audit compliance, and internal control frameworks to meet SEC/HKEX standards.
Structure and oversee due diligence, prospectus preparation, and regulatory filings.
Serve as the key point of contact for investment banks, legal advisors, auditors, and regulators.
Design and communicate financial narratives to institutional investors and analysts.
Establish post-IPO financial operations, including treasury, investor relations, and market compliance.
Required Qualifications
Must have personally led and completed at least one U.S. or Hong Kong IPO— from preparation through listing and bell-ringing.
Prior experience as the lead financial executive is strongly preferred; candidates from advisory/leadership roles in investment banks or top-tier auditing/consulting firms will also be considered.
Deep understanding of IPO regulations, corporate governance, and reporting standards (US GAAP/IFRS).
Background in healthcare, medical devices, biotech, or related sectors is highly desirable.
Experience with Chapter 18A/18C listings is not required, but proven IPO leadership is mandatory.
Executive-level English and Chinese communication skills, with the ability to engage global stakeholders.
