Main Responsibility Areas
1. OTC Control & Governance Leadership
• Own and optimize the dealer/Lanlard supplier lifecycle management process: lead annual onboarding reviews, credit assessments;
• Manage end-to-end contract compliance: review sales agreements (discounts, rebates, returns, payments etc) and commercial leases for risk alignment with company policy;
• Design and maintain provision mechanisms: oversee rebate/discount calculations, return accruals and bad debt provisions-ensuring accuracy and adherence to IFRS standards.
• Supervise credit & collection oversight: approve customer credit lines, lead monthly discount reviews, and manage annual customer tiering/downgrading to balance revenue growth and credit risk.
2. Risk Mitigation & Business Partnership
• Collaborate with Wholesales, E-commerce, and Retail teams to resolve control-related issues (e.g., disputed returns, non-standard discounts) and provide data-driven insights to support business decisions;
• Identify OTC process pain points, drive an optimization plan and promote its implementation;
• Participate in internal and external audits, promote the improvement of internal financial control;
• Make and update OTC related policies and procedures;、
3. Global System Collaboration
• Partner with Global project teams on China-specific system upgrades;
• Lead requirement gathering (translate regional needs into global specs);
• Ensuring seamless cross-cultural collaboration;
4. Ad-hoc assignments assigned by line manager
Needed Competencies
• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in finance, accounting or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of OTC/control experience—retail, FMCG, or consumer goods industry preferred.
• 2–5 years leading a small OTC/finance team.
• Certifications: CMA, CPA, or similar preferred.
• OTC Control Expertise: Proven experience in all aspects of OTC control—dealer onboarding, contract review, revenue recognition, provision management, credit oversight, and policy development etc.;
• System & Process Mindset: Experience supporting ERP/system upgrades, ability to balance control rigor with process efficiency;
• Global Collaboration & English Fluency: Ability to work with Global teams in English (written/spoken);
