About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to support our Trading Department. The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging business operations, risk control, and regulatory compliance across trading activities. This position requires a strong understanding of China’s financial market regulations, trading infrastructure, and the ability to design and implement robust control frameworks that ensure effective governance and operational integrity throughout the trading lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the key liaison between trading management, risk, compliance, and technology teams to ensure business operations align with regulatory and internal governance requirements.
• Design, implement, and maintain control frameworks that translate trading rules and risk requirements into daily operational procedures.
• Monitor and assess end-to-end risks across trading activities, including trade lifecycle management, market access, system stability, and position monitoring.
• Drive enhancements in workflow, documentation, and reporting to strengthen operational resilience and transparency.
• Provide expertise and guidance on China’s exchange trading rules and regulatory frameworks, ensuring adherence by all trading teams.
• Support trading heads on strategic initiatives, resource planning, and cross-functional coordination.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to review trading systems functionality and operational risks.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Over 5 years of relevant experience in securities companies, exchanges, or trading firms, asset management.
• Solid understanding of China’s trading exchanges (e.g., SSE, SZSE, CFFEX, SHFE, DCE, CZCE) and regulatory rules governing trading activities.
• Strong knowledge of control frameworks, risk governance, and the ability to institutionalize rules and risks into measurable controls.
• Comprehensive awareness of risk points across trading processes.
