Job Description

Global Leading Hedge Fund

- 制定并执行招聘策略，为中后台岗位吸引顶尖人才与部门负责人密切合作，理解业务需求并提供定制化招聘方案
- 负责候选人筛选、面试及全流程管理，确保高质量人才储备
- 统筹从职位发布到录用通知的全周期招聘工作，优化候选人体验
- 建立绩效管理体系，提升员工敬业度与工作效率
- 指导管理者完成绩效评估、目标设定及反馈沟通
- 定期开展员工满意度调研，制定改进方案
- 优化员工认可和评价机制，提升团队凝聚力与积极性

Job Requirements

- 人力资源、工商管理或相关专业本科，硕士优先
- 5年以上HR领域经验，擅长招聘与HRBP工作，行业不限
- 英语流利（书面及口语），具备跨层级沟通能力
- 具备战略思维与系统性解决问题能力
- 出色的关系建立与跨部门协作能力
- 兼具自主工作与团队协作意识，责任感强
