Key Responsibilities
Financial Leadership & Performance Management
Own end to end P&L planning, forecasting, and actual performance analysis
Deliver insightful financial reporting, assess business performance, and quantify risks and opportunities to enable informed decision making.
Support commercial leadership by defining and executing financial strategies that drive profitable and sustainable growth.
Strategic Partnership & Business Support
Serve as a key strategic advisor to the China management team.
Provide financial expertise for strategic projects, business reviews, commercial initiatives, and channel consolidation activities.
Lead the development, standardization, and preparation of management reporting and decision support tools.
Governance, Controls & Compliance
Ensure a robust internal control and compliance framework aligned with corporate and regulatory requirements.
Strengthen financial processes and governance to support disciplined business execution.
Team Leadership & Culture Development
Lead, develop, and inspire the Finance team to strengthen organizational health, build engagement, and foster a high performing team.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate effectively with regional and global finance partners to ensure alignment, consistency, and timely delivery of financial commitments and reporting requirements.
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree or above
Finance MT background plus FMCG Commercial Finance BP background
