1. Serve as the key HR Business Partner for onsite manufacturing and operation teams, providing end-to-end HR business support and partnering closely with site leadership to drive business objectives.
2. Lead and implement full-cycle talent management initiatives, including performance management, goal alignment, performance review calibration, and performance improvement management for both white-collar and blue-collar employees.
3. Take charge of onsite employee relations management, including daily employee communication, employee engagement activities, grievance handling, labor relation risk control, and ensure full compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
4. Drive local organizational effectiveness and team capability building, support manpower planning, headcount management, staffing adjustment, and organizational structure optimization according to business development needs.
5. Execute and localize global and corporate HR policies, processes, and people programs at the site level, ensure consistent and standardized HR delivery.
6. Facilitate talent development, succession planning, internal talent pipeline cultivation, and onsite training implementation to support long-term talent retention and team capability upgrade.
7. Cooperate with central HR functions (Recruitment, C&B, OD, L&D) to coordinate crossfunctional HR projects, ensure smooth project landing and effective implementation.
