Sr. Brand Manager

Job Description

This brand is a German enterprise founded over a century ago and a leading player in the high-end market in Mainland China.

1. Branding - strategy & planning:
- Develop and own the integrated China Brand Plan by localizing global proposition and plan with local market insight.
- Act as brand ambassador to promote brand’s value to internal stakeholders or counterparts, customers and A&D target, not limited through presentations, trainings, or daily inferences.
- Responsible to enhance brand premium position in all touch points.
- Budget Planning and management to ensure optimal ROI.

2. Product marketing – NPL:
- Work closely with product management team and sales team for product launch preparation to make sure successful sell-in launch.
- Develop and own marketing GTM plan and lead cross-function team to ensure best implementation.
- Localize or new develop assets, including KV, ambience pictures, sales tools (POSM or mini-program) and etc. Work with PR & digital team for relevant content on paid-media, social media and own-media

3. A&D community - communication and engagement
- Plan and execute the A&D community engagement program (i.e. designer events, forums and awards, international exchange trips, scholarships, etc.), leveraging global and local resources both internally and externally.
- Support Channel marketing team on regional AXOR A&D activities with event guidance and quality supervision.

4. Cross-function leadership:
- act as the brand & project lead for campaigns, driving collaboration with global marketing team, China product team, China Marketing PR, digital and trade team, and China sales team, to make sure an effective market approach for the brand and NPL.
- Agency management

5. Other possible tasks assigned by the line manager.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, business administration, or related areas, over 8 years’ experience in marketing related roles, with dedicated solid experience in both product management and brand & event management roles.
2. Experience in high-end sanitary industry / household appliances is strongly preferred.
3. Experience in luxurious brands’ marketing is a strong plus.
4. Deep insight in A&D community as target groups.
5. Excellent English skills both in oral and written.
6. Excellent communication skills, passion, creativity and team spirit.
