Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Software Developer focused on exchange connectivity and low-latency trading infrastructure development. The core responsibility centers on designing, building, and maintaining stable, high-speed connectivity with domestic financial exchanges, developing core order management protocols, and optimizing end-to-end trade execution pipelines.
You will take charge of external exchange interface docking, real-time market data reception and processing, order routing, and internal-external network interaction. You will also optimize system latency, ensure ultra-fast, stable data transmission and trade execution, and support continuous iteration of trading business for China financial markets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop, deploy and optimize exchange connectivity systems, implement stable docking and data interaction with Chinese financial exchanges.
2. Design and iterate core order management protocols, undertake end-to-end processing of trading messages, order submission, execution feedback and market data parsing.
3. Optimize low-latency network transmission and system performance, eliminate bottlenecks in high-frequency transaction scenarios.
4. Maintain high-concurrency, high-throughput trading infrastructure, guarantee 7*24 stable operation of exchange docking and trading links.
5. Collaborate with technical and business teams to customize and upgrade exchange interface solutions according to market and exchange rule updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications
1. Proficient in modern C++ development with solid underlying programming capabilities.
2. Hands-on python programming experience.
3. Preferred 1–3 years of relevant development experience; outstanding fresh graduates are also welcome.
4. Extensive development experience in Linux environment.
5. In-depth understanding of complex network infrastructure, proficient in network data transmission principles, TCP/UDP and related network protocols.
6. Solid capability in computer performance analysis and system bottleneck optimization.
7. Practical development experience in high-transaction, low-latency system environments.
8. Direct project experience in docking and connecting with Chinese financial exchanges is a core advantage.
