Key Responsibilities:
Lead and participate in risk-based audits across business and support functions, covering the full audit lifecycle from planning to reporting.
Identify key operational, compliance, financial, and credit risks; evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls.
Prepare clear, concise, and actionable audit reports summarizing findings, root causes, business impact, and practical recommendations for senior management.
Monitor and validate the implementation of agreed audit actions and relevant findings to ensure timely resolution.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with business leaders, risk and control functions, compliance teams, and other key stakeholders.
Support ad hoc investigations, special reviews, and other audit-related projects as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications:
At least 8–10 years of internal audit, external audit, or related risk/control experience within financial services or professional services.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
Professional qualifications such as CIA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are preferred.
Strong understanding of banking products, risk management frameworks, operational processes, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in an additional local language is a plus.
