Responsibilities:
Maintain a deep understanding of the firm’s market outlook, investment approach, and performance by working closely with the investment team across locations.
Analyze and interpret key factors affecting global market trend, with particular focus on China.
Lead the development of written and visual client communications, including economic and market outlook materials, client presentations, investor education content, and research projects.
Represent the investment team in client and prospect meetings by presenting market views, investment approach, and performance, and by responding to questions clearly and confidently.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of all client-facing deliverables.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in investment research, investment strategy, or a related role.
Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record; an advanced degree is a plus.
Strong knowledge of and genuine interest in markets and economics.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and high-growth environment.
Fluent in both Chinese and English.
