Job Description
HR BP
Develops HR strategy, solutions and strategic workforce plans that align to
business strategy and objectives.
Responsible for and focus on building a great organizational culture through initiating
and implementing various HR programs.
Leads, develops and engages the team in alignment with the country and global HR
model including COEs and Global People Services, to ensure effective and efficient
delivery of HR solutions to the leaders, managers and colleagues.
