I was recently interviewed by South China Morning Post to discuss our Career Ally programme.

Striving to become a Career Ally means placing our candidates (job seekers) at the heart of our business, which is quite different from the way traditional recruitment firms usually operate, focusing more on the needs of clients.

Morgan McKinley also looks to work very closely with job seekers by understanding their needs throughout their career and build strong long-term relationships, to act as their Career Ally. To achieve this, we have specialist consultants in every discipline, devoted to working closely with candidates in order to find the best opportunities for their chosen careers.
