What it means to be a Career Ally

I was recently interviewed by South China Morning Post to discuss our Career Ally programme.
Striving to become a Career Ally means placing our candidates (job seekers) at the heart of our business, which is quite different from the way traditional recruitment firms usually operate, focusing more on the needs of clients.
