How women can effectively influence and shape their own environment [webinar]
We are delighted to announce that we are partnering with Ishreen Bradley for our next Success Series Webinar on Wednesday, 18th March at 5:00pm CST.
Women meet unique challenges as they progress in their careers or move into leadership roles. At Morgan McKinley we have a number of women in leadership roles throughout our global organisation so understanding and getting involved in this conversation are paramount for us.
In this webinar Ishreen will be discussing how female leaders can use their strengths to overcome challenges and fulfil their career aspirations. She will be sharing some findings from a twelve month research programme into:
- The challenges faced by female leaders
- How they can apply their strengths to the benefit of their career and life aspirations
- What you can do to influence and shape your own environment
This webinar is a part of our wider Women in Leadership initiative which also includes research among successful female executives into what it takes for women to break through the glass ceiling. You can view our report and infographic here.
This webinar will be held on Wednesday, 18th March at 5:00pm CST.
You can follow us on Twitter @morganmckinley and use the hashtags #careerallyand #successseries to join the conversation.
