So you’ve put yourself forward, prepared and attended a promotion interview. What’s next?
Well, just the same as with any job application, you should follow up with the appropriate person or people. There’s a real possibility that you will encounter them everyday anyway, so it’s important to not be overbearing and constantly ask them for an update. Let them get back to you in their own time; when they have an update, they will let you know.
