Financial centre needs risk and compliance talent

I was recently interviewed by Shanghai Daily to discuss the local talent pool and how it can be improved.

I believe the market here is candidate-driven and we in short supply of skilled and experienced professionals. This is especially prevalent within risk and corporate relations functions. However, in more traditional positions, such as financial operations, it’s quite difficult to find skilled professionals, especially managers who have 8-10 years’ experience with leadership qualities. 


The shortage in skilled talent encourages us to work with professionals more closely at every stage in their careers.
