We are seeking an Senior IT who will be based in NY. He/she will be responsible for controlling the company’s IT function to ensure effective performance and to guarantee the protection of confidential data of our customers.
The main responsibilities of the role will be:
- Provide hardware/software maintenance about IT infrastructure
- Responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of quality IT service to internal users
- Responsible for IT technical support, and troubleshooting
- Responsible for the company’s IT deployment and change management processes
- Assess and administer all equipment, hardware, and software upgrades
- Protect the integrity and availability of the company’s servers
- Responsible for manage cloud services in US
- Manage relationships with IT vendors in US
- Responsible for ensuring the company’s adherence to IT regulation for regulated Payment Institutions
- Liaison with internal and external auditors
Job Requirements
- 4-year College degree or above in related area
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in information technology
- Experience working at a payment service company in information technology
- Working knowledge of cloud computing, Linux and Python
- Working knowledge of network such like Firewall Switch and Router
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Self-starter with ability to flourish in high-pressure environments
- Organized, autonomous, and pragmatic with sound judgment
- Experience with regulatory compliance issues
- Fluency in English is required; skills in Mandarin preferred
