RESPONSIBILITIES:
Digital solution management
• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Data Analytics & CRM solutions (e.g., merchandise & member analytics, CRM & CDP, marketing automation).
• Collaborate with merchandising teams to develop advanced analytics models for business supporting such as product lifecycle analysis, merchandise trend forecasting, inventory turnover, and product performance data.
• Combine industry best practices to continuously optimize data-driven marketing strategies and improve business efficiency.
Cross-departmental collaboration and project management
• Coordinate with global and local cross-functional teams (business, technology, vendor, etc.) to prioritize projects, develop optimal execution plans and ensure delivery.
• Account for possible project challenges on constraints including, risks, time, resources and scope.
Team leadership and management by objectives
• Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor progress of initiatives.
• Define clear goals for all aspects of a project and manage their proper execution.
• As the docking hub between the business side and third-party suppliers, it ensures efficient communication and closed loop of problems.
Job Requirements
*REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years’ Data Analytics, Digital & marketing related work experience.
• Proven experience being project manager on Data Analytics, CRM Marketing, CDP solution.
• Minimum 5 year’s team management and project management experience.
• Retail & Luxury industry experience in fashion is highly preferred.
Knowledge & Skill Requirements
• Problem solving and decision making skills. This role provides leadership for solving technical issues in Prada marketing team and relevant parties along with organizational IT issues. It is a point of escalation for business and 3rd party vendor.
• Drive for results: be counted on to exceed goals successfully.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with exceptional attention to detail.
• Solid interpersonal communication and influencing skills.
• Organized, self-starter and able to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
Minimum educational level:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Ecommerce or Business related.
