Key Responsibilities

Trading & Risk Management
• Manage D1 trading across index futures, ETFs, swaps, cash equities with full ownership of risk and positioning
• Optimize hedging, inventory, and funding under dynamic market conditions
Client Franchise & Flow
• Partner with sales to grow & build market share
Market Structure & Strategy
• Lead strategy across APAC markets
• Identify opportunities across ETFs, derivatives, and cross-market/Index arbitrage
Platform & Automation
• Drive automation and systematic trading capabilities across execution and risk
• Partner with tech to enhance pricing, infrastructure, and scalability
Team Leadership
• Lead and develop APAC trading team with strong risk and performance culture
• Collaborate with global teams across Europe and US
