Senior Tax Manager

1. Provide Strategic Tax Advisory & Planning
2. Lead Multi-Entity Tax Governance, Compliance & Risk Management
3. Govern Intercompany Transactions
4. Manage Tax Reporting
5. Tax Authority Liaison
6. Manage External Tax Advisors
7. Manage Tax Audits & Controversies
8. Facilitate Tax-related Communication

Job Requirements

A bachelor or higher degree in Finance/Accounting/Tax or other relevant subjects
Big four firm and in-house experiences
At least 5 years of working experience in tax and transfer pricing
Knowledge of Chinese tax laws and regulations
Extensive tax authority engagement experience.
Strong sense of responsibility and can work independently
Team management experience is a plus
CTA or CPA qualification is a plus
SAP knowledge is a plus
Fluency in Mandarin and English
