Legal Counsel

• Contract Review & Legal Advisory:
• Reviewing and processing a variety of commercial contracts, including but not limited to retail marketing, operation, leasing & construction, admin, training, etc.
• Ad hoc legal consultancy to business stakeholders on legal issues in daily business operation.
Key Qualification
• Bachelor or Master of Law degree, PRC bar admission. Foreign law education or bar qualification is a plus.
• 6-8 years of post-qualification legal experience from reputable MNC’s in-house team or international/PRC firm, experience in retail sector is preferred.
• Excellent legal skills (drafting, negotiating and analytical).
• Strong business acumen, ability to analyse complex legal problems and develop suitable solutions.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude and highest integrity.
• Ability to balance multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Ability to work within a global, matrix environment.
• Experience in handling litigation and employment matters will be a plus.
