Legal Counsel

Provide legal support for securities trading and derivatives business.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise on trading agreements, market conduct, and regulatory compliance
Manage legal risks in trade execution, disputes, and cross-border trading.
Liaise with exchanges, regulators, and internal teams on rule changes and enforcement.

Job Requirements

5+ years in securities trading/capital markets law (firm, bank, or exchange).
Expertise in derivatives, trading docs, and market regulations.
Law degree + bar admission. English fluency essential.
(Preferred) Knowledge of HFT, digital assets, or multiple jurisdictions.
