Infrastructure Engineer

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and verbal).
• 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or Support, preferably in trading, finance, or regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of ITSM/ITIL methodologies and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and calmness under pressure.
• Familiarity with trading systems or other high stakes operational environments is a plus.
• Fund Practicing Qualification holder.
• Bachelor’s degree from a top university.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently.
