Job Title: HR Associate Director / Senior Manager - Franchise Recruitment

Location: Shanghai Headquarters (with 10-20% domestic travel)

Core Mission
As the HR leader for our franchise business, you will establish and execute a nationwide
recruitment system for franchise schools. Your immediate focus will be resolving urgent
hiring needs, while long-term you'll develop franchisees' independent recruitment
capabilities to ensure sustainable talent supply for business expansion.
Key Responsibilities*
1. Franchise Recruitment Delivery (80%) - Own end-to-end recruitment for all franchise school positions
(teaching/operations/management) - Design rapid hiring solutions for critical roles and build regional talent pipelines - Develop standardized recruitment kits (interview guides, assessment tools, BGI
templates)
2. Franchise HR Capability Building - Create "Franchise Recruitment Playbook" with training programs - Conduct regular recruitment workshops (onsite/virtual) for franchise HR teams - Establish quality assessment system for franchise hiring
3. Team Leadership & Collaboration - Directly manage 1 team member
- Partner closely with Franchise Operations leadership - Report regularly to HRD on recruitment strategy execution
Requirements
Must Have: - 8+ years HR experience with 5 years in recruitment - Proven track record of 100+ annual hires (high-volume delivery) - People management experience (formal or informal) - Willing to travel 1-2 times/month
Preferred: - MNC retail/chain industry background (FMCG, F&B, apparel etc.) - Experience building regional recruitment systems from scratch - Data-driven recruiter (proficient with ATS, recruitment dashboards)
