• Direct all regional sales operations across China, including Key Accounts, SME’s, Distribution/dealer
channel, and E-commerce platforms.
• Set performance expectations, pipeline standards, and coaching/motivation campaigns across the
team
• Own customer success outcomes in collaboration with service and support functions
• Implement transparent reporting structures and territory management discipline
• Align/create realistic targets and incentives with business integrity and market conditions
• Translate company strategy into actionable sales initiatives by region, channel, and customer type
• Lead the rollout of legacy product tiering and new product integration into the market
• Act as the key link between Sales, Marketing, Business Intelligence, and Finance to unify data,
strategy, and messaging
• Contribute actively to management-level decisions as a trusted member of the China leadership team.
Job Requirements
Proven leadership in a sales organization with minimum 8-10 years of B2B experience in manufacturing,
hardware, or building materials industries
Experience managing teams of 30+ with strong understanding of China’s regional market complexities
Demonstrated ability to reset underperforming teams, install discipline, and execute turnaround strategies
Deep commercial understanding: pricing, margin protection, tiering strategy, and go-to-market planning
High integrity with a strong instinct for internal team mechanics, loyalty, and discretion
