    Job Description

    A leading cross - border financial technology company, it offers a comprehensive financial platform for businesses, covering foreign exchange and financial management. The company is renowned for its innovative technology, which streamlines international

    Key Responsibilities:
    Strategic Workforce Planning: Develop and execute workforce strategies to meet the evolving needs of the company, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
    Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment efforts to attract top-tier talent, with a focus on identifying and hiring individuals who possess the technical skills and innovative mindset required in a high-tech environment.
    Employee Development: Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and foster career growth, particularly in areas such as emerging technologies and digital transformation.
    Performance Management: Establish and maintain performance management systems that drive high performance and accountability across the organization.
    Compensation and Benefits: Develop competitive compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent, while ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
    Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work culture by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a healthy work-life balance.
    Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, and mitigate HR-related risks through proactive measures and policies.
    Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives to support the company’s strategic direction, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruption.

    Qualifications:
    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certification is preferred.
    Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a high-tech or similarly dynamic industry.
    Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and other relevant software tools.
    Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities, with a proven track record of driving organizational success through effective HR practices.
    Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
    Innovation and Adaptability: Ability to think creatively and adapt to rapidly changing business needs, particularly in the context of technological advancements.
