The Mission
Your core mission is to identify, design, and drive the implementation of AI-powered solutions that create tangible business value. You will act as a translator and catalyst between our global business teams (Marketing, E-commerce, Sales, Supply Chain) and our technical AI/Data Science teams. You will be the “go-to” expert for how AI can solve real-world problems in our digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Opportunity Discovery & Solution Design:
Partner with business leaders to diagnose challenges and uncover high-impact opportunities for AI across the consumer journey (e.g., hyper-personalization, predictive demand sensing, AI-driven content creation, dynamic pricing).
Translate ambiguous business needs into concrete, feasible AI solution concepts and functional requirements.
Develop business cases, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to validate value and gain stakeholder buy-in.
Technical Orchestration & Project Leadership:
Lead cross-functional squads (data scientists, engineers, product managers) to take AI projects from ideation to pilot and finally to scaled production.
Provide expert guidance on the selection of appropriate AI/ML techniques, data needs, and technology stack, balancing innovation with practicality.
Ensure solutions are built with scalability, integration, and ethical AI principles in mind.
Value Realization & Evangelism:
Define success metrics and establish robust monitoring to track the business impact (ROI, engagement lift, efficiency gain) of deployed AI solutions.
Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making and AI literacy across the organization.
Stay ahead of the curve on AI trends and act as an internal consultant, educating peers on the art of the possible.
Job Requirements
Experience:
5+ years of hands-on experience in a role blending AI/ML/Advanced Analytics with digital business applications.
Proven track record of delivering AI/ML projects that have driven measurable business outcomes (revenue growth, cost savings, experience improvement).
Direct experience in FMCG, Retail, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related consumer-centric industry is a strong plus.
Experience working in a complex, global corporate environment.
Technical & Business Skills:
Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, data pipelines, and the AI project lifecycle. Proficiency in Python/R and experience with cloud AI services (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, Azure ML) is expected. Ability to partner deeply with technical teams.
Business Acumen: Exceptional ability to understand business drivers, consumer behavior, and commercial metrics. You speak the language of both engineers and marketers.
Product & Execution Mindset: Outcome-oriented with a focus on user-centric design, agile delivery, and continuous improvement.
