Position Overview
We are looking for a technical Lead Developer to drive the development of customer-facing and internal platforms. You will architect scalable solutions, manage a team of engineers and vendors, and ensure high-quality, reliable system delivery and operation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end development of web/mobile platforms and enterprise systems (eCommerce, OMS, CRM, ERP).
Design secure, high-performance solutions using modern stacks (React, Node.js, Java, cloud platforms).
Manage a hybrid team of developers, QA, and DevOps; implement Agile/Scrum and CI/CD.
Oversee testing, automation, production stability, and compliance (PCI-DSS, GDPR).
Collaborate with product, architecture, and vendor teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Job Requirements
Requirements
10+ years in software development, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
Expertise in React, Node.js, Java Spring, and cloud services (AWS/Azure/Alibaba).
Experience with eCommerce, retail, or digital product platforms.
Proven ability to lead teams, work with stakeholders, and drive Agile delivery.
Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a passion for technology.
