Job Description

知名外资白酒企业

• 规划和管理O2O渠道未来1-3年的经营与发展策略,参与销售策略的制定并完成年度相关目标;
• 新兴渠道拓展,根据市场趋势及公司覆盖情况,拓展各类新兴销售渠道,提升线上市场份额;
• 追踪业绩达成和风险机会点,专项定向生意分析,数据挖掘,人群分析和建模分析等工作内容;
• 基于战略快速形成有效的生意开展模式,配合各类站内活动有效推进;
• 与市场部电商同事紧密合作,每年落地至少一次品牌侧主导的站内S级活动,并取得良好业绩达成;
• 费用预算管理,通过对活动及生意节奏的掌握,将各项费用支出控制在年度预算及既定费比范围内;
• 负责统筹线上线下资源的整合,实现O2O业务模式互动活动,实现线上线下融合发展;
• 根据活动最终结果,主导总结活动实践经验,沉淀方法论,形成可复制推广的运营模式;
• 需与各平台客户保持密切且良好合作关系,通过工作流程梳理及设定合理KPI,管理ISV及运营服务商;
• 负责行业观察,进行铺货、市场、竞争、用户和产品分析,适时调整运营策略;
• 负责推进组织,协同完成重点城市业务落地,并实现新业务模式试点目标;
• 根据公司要求,统计分析品牌人群资产及投放效果,并做出及时调整;
