Focus on Auto parts Investment and portfolio management
1. Strategic Planning & Market Development
• Formulate sales strategies and annual sales plans targeting automotive manufacturers (OEMs) based on the company's overall strategic objectives, and lead their implementation.
• Conduct in-depth research on automotive industry policies, market dynamics, and competitor information to analyze potential market opportunities, particularly growth areas in new energy vehicles and intelligent connected vehicles.
• Responsible for developing new customer channels, establishing and maintaining strategic cooperative relationships with the procurement and R&D centers of major automotive companies.
2. Sales Management & Performance Achievement
• Oversee the daily management of the sales team, break down sales targets, and lead the team to achieve key performance indicators such as sales revenue, payment collection rate, and market share.
• Lead commercial negotiations for major projects, manage contract terms (including pricing, delivery, quality agreements, payment conditions, etc.), and mitigate business risks.
• Coordinate and resolve issues in the sales process, such as customer complaints and delivery anomalies, to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Customer Relationship Maintenance
• Establish a high-level customer visit mechanism, regularly visit key accounts to enhance customer loyalty.
• Facilitate in-depth communication between the technical/quality teams and customers, shifting the focus from pure transactions towards technical symbiosis and strategic alignment.
4. Team Building & Cross-Departmental Collaboration
• Responsible for the formation, training, performance appraisal, and motivation of the sales team.
• Collaborate with project management, R&D, production, and logistics departments to ensure smooth project sourcing, SOP (Start of Production), and mass production delivery.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing, Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of sales experience in the automotive industry, including at least 3 years of team management experience.
• Project Knowledge: Familiarity with the entire process of automotive parts from R&D, prototype development, sourcing, to mass production (SOP).
• Proficient in business negotiation skills, with strong public relations capabilities and the ability to overcome challenges.
• Familiarity with the IATF 16949 quality management system and automotive industry laws and regulations.
• Possess sharp market insight and data analysis skills, with the ability to independently write business plans and sales forecast reports.
