Key Responsibilities:
Conduct deep fundamental research on public companies across sectors, with a natural focus on Technology, AI, and TMT and also open to other industries;
Build and maintain detailed financial models, including revenue drivers, margin analysis, and valuation;
Perform due diligence via channel checks, expert calls, earnings analysis, and company filings;
Prepare well-structured research memos and data packs to support discussions with overseas investment teams;
Regularly communicate and exchange research views with colleagues based outside of China – participate in daily calls, written updates, and virtual meetings;
Respond to research requests from global team members in a timely and thoughtful manner.
Qualifications:
5+ years of equity research experience – buy-side or top-tier sell-side;
Fluency in English (spoken and written) as a working language; ability to debate research ideas fluently with global teams;
Exceptional academic background – Above Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university;
Demonstrated ability to think independently, challenge consensus, and act on conviction;
Strong preference for candidates with deep expertise or strong passion for Technology, AI, and/or TMT, and also open to outstanding analysts from other sectors.
