Job Description

我们客户是一家专业提供全方位高端母婴护理服务的公司

医疗事业部：

- 推动公司踏入居家医疗服务领域，参考国际先进模式，结合本地政策，摸索和持续创新模式 ；

- 负责partner with 香港居家医疗公司，整合新风内部资源，推动业务完成1-N 的scale ；

- 对接外部保险公司和新风内部保险公司，积极参与设计新产品； 核心是要走出公司自己的核心竞争力；

岗位职责：

- 搭建医疗事业部的团队，制定部门预算，和 CEO 共同制定事业部的战略规划；
- 围绕居家医疗的核心目标，负责项目落地；
- 对接LP内部资源，创造synergies, 以结果为导向的推动跨部门、跨子公司的合作；
- 负责收购公司的对接，梳理1-N 的战略路径，协助收购公司的总经理达成业绩目标；

Job Requirements

具备5年以上Top咨询公司经验
具备优秀的数据分析和市场研究能力，熟悉各种分析工具和方法
