    Job Description

    我们的客户是一家总部位于中国重庆的国家级高新技术企业，专注于微创手术器械及医疗耗材的研发、生产与全球化布局。公司成立于2013年，以"成为全球领先的生命科技企业"为愿景，通过自主研发和技术创新建立了十万级洁净车间及智能化生产体系，产品覆盖全球50余个国家和地区。

    核心职责​​：
    ​​战略规划​​：主导医疗设备及高值耗材的采购战略制定，优化供应链成本结构；
    ​​供应商开发​​：建立精密注塑/机加工/冲压等核心物料的全球供应商体系，完成供应商准入、谈判及全生命周期管理；
    ​​降本增效​​：通过VAVE（价值分析与价值工程）实现年采购成本优化目标，保障交付时效与质量合规；
    ​​风险管理​​：搭建采购风险预警机制，制定应对大宗原材料波动、地缘政治等风险的应急预案；
    ​​数字化升级​​：推动SRM系统建设，实现供应商绩效数据可视化及智能决策支持。

    Job Requirements

    ​​硬性条件​​：
    统招本科及以上学历，机械工程、材料科学、生物医学工程等相关专业；
    8年以上医疗设备/高值耗材行业采购经验，其中5年以上团队管理经验；
    精通精密加工类（注塑/CNC/冲压）物料采购，熟悉ISO13485、QSR820等体系。
