Job Description
M&A Director role - Life science
Responsibility:
- Defines region strategy, objectives and long-range plans to achieve growth and financial profitability through acquisitions, disposals, mergers, joint ventures, strategic alliances and licensing agreements.
- Conduct regular market research of MedTech capital market practice
- Build up and maintain effective communication with Corporate to ensure alignment and execution of Corporate/regional business development strategies.
- Play as PMO as needed for M&A, divestment projects.
Requirements：
13yeasr+ working experience in firm and corproate with rich deals transaction experience in Medtech industry
