- Set up and define relevant KPI management in line with future regional organization target with building proper financial tools (dashboard / reports)
- Co-piloting with regional office heads on network investment and commercial initiatives with insightful financial analysis
- Strategic and operational decision support to regional office heads with coordination with all regional functional teams.
- Participating in overall China strategic planning in coordination with central business teams (Commercial EC & digital / Supply chain / innovative lab team) to align and manage their yearly budget and key KPI.
- Working closely with central FP&A team / HQ finance team to ensure maison financial priorities
- At least 10 years of relevant FP&A experience
- Successful experience in financial KPI implementation and management
- Experience in large-scale and multi-national retailing in China
- Overseas working or study experience is a plus
