Finance Business Partner Manager

Work Scope:

* Acquire an in-depth understanding of the business to provide insightful financial information, analysis and support to the General Manager and to the Management Team. Act as Business Partner to the Commercial team and Finance Director
* Take a leading role in the detailed preparation, analysis and provision of monthly financial results, annual budgets and periodic forecasts as appropriate.
* Contribute to improving business performance in terms of growth, profitability and cash generation. Provide detailed and insightful analysis of revenue development, supply chain performance, commercial investments and overheads spending
* Support management on all elements of strategic planning and decision support to ensure achievement of business objectives. Drive the preparation of the budget and forecasts in close cooperation with the MT other functions.
* Pro-actively drive or support operations improvement and transformation initiatives to accelerate business growth and to improve the operational effectiveness:
* Perform financial budget control and support of Operations and Supply Chain

Requirements:

* Bachelor Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Economics
* Min. 8 years of working experience of which min 5 years in a FP&A function.
* Min. 3 years of managerial experience in international trading business
* Experience in an international organization.
* Knowledge of the Chinese Tax law and Foreign exchange regulation.
* Ability to negotiate with and convince decision makers of implications of financial issues.
* Fluent in English (min. Level 6 CET) & mandarin
