[Webinar] What does it take for a successful female leader to get to the C-Suite? - Register here
We are keen to discuss how women can use their strengths to overcome the challenges they face at work and how they can achieve their career aspirations.
Following her previous webinars, ‘How women can effectively influence and shape their environment’ and ‘Strategies for women to succeed at work’ hosted with us earlier this year, we’re delighted to welcome Ishreen to host her third webinar.
For this webinar, held on Wednesday, November 18th at 5:00pm CST, along with Ishreen, we’re happy to welcome Teresa Casal to co-host discussions covering the perceptions and behaviour that hold women back, as well as offer recommendations to help them achieve their aspirations.
Ishreen Bradley and Teresa Casal have established Bizas Woman to enable Executive Women at work to fulfil their career aspirations, perform at their best and deliver great results.
This session will cover:
- The challenges faced by female leaders
- The top strengths identified by leading women
- Possible reasons for the low number of females in senior positions
- How coaching can impact career progression
- Changing attitudes
- Advice and discussion of hot topics
- Top tips for those shooting for the C-Suite
