China Human Capital Forum 2016

September was that time of the year again when the biggest HR event in China was held in the Shangri-La Shanghai and we were again part of the main participating organizations at this year’s HRoot China Human Capital Forum. There were over 20 key note sessions and 5 round table discussions involving 60+ HR VP/Ds from Fortune 500 companies and around 1,500 HR professionals were attending this forum this time.

As every company is looking into their 2020 strategy, HR transformation plays a big role in the support and execution of that strategy. Best and new practices within the HR Strategy, Leadership as well as Business Partnership were discussed and challenges around organizational design, innovation around talent management and the candidate and employee experience were tackled and challenged as well.

The HR Forum was a great success, our consultants from different teams had a great opportunity to network during the two day event, we had lots of visitors to our booth (over 250 people) and added 200 more new followers on our WeChat account.

Most importantly, our HR community started to recognize and acknowledge our presence and brand during the event and we were able to grab some great PR coverage through HRoot’s network. Earlier in the year we were rewarded the award of Best Foreign Recruitment firm in China by HRoot and this was again emphasized during the event. We look forward to next year’s forum and to see all our HR friends again.
