Responsibility
1) Independently manage all administrative and confidential tasks with efficiency and integrity
2) Work with merchandising team members for assignments and activities
3) Prepare business document and provide bilingual translation as required
4) Maintain merchandising systems, routine checking reports, material upload and etc.
5) Handle all administrative supports, such vendor set-up and payment
Requirements
1) Willingness to learn with new initiatives, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
2) Ability to prioritize and multitask with strong time management and communication skills
3) Excellent knowledge of MS Office
4) Proficiency in English
