Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top - tier talent for Middle - Back Office roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a high - quality candidate pipeline.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to offer extensions, while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
HR Strategy and Support
Partner with Middle - Back Office leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Provide strategic HR advice and guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the unique needs of the Middle - Back Office functions.
Facilitate effective communication between HR and the business, ensuring alignment and understanding of HR priorities.
Performance Management
Design and implement performance management frameworks to drive employee engagement and productivity.
Support managers in conducting performance reviews, setting goals, and providing constructive feedback.
Identify training and development needs, and coordinate relevant programs to enhance employee capabilities.
Employee Relations
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.
Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
Promote a culture of recognition and reward, ensuring that employees feel valued and motivated.
Compliance and Reporting
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports to support decision - making.
Monitor key HR metrics and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of five years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment and HR business partnering. Open to different industries.
Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems. Experience with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.
