Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies that align with the company's business goals and ensure compliance with legal regulations

Conduct benchmarking and labor market surveys to inform the C&B strategy and ensure our total remuneration package remains competitive
.
Manage employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness plans, ensuring compliance with labor regulations
.
Oversee performance-based programs, including merit increases, KPIs, bonuses, and rewards, to drive employee performance and engagement
.
Lead and support payroll operations in coordination with the Finance team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
.
Provide expert advice to managers and employees on compensation-related matters, including salary negotiations and performance-based incentives
.
Drive the implementation and integration of HRIS to improve C&B processes and data accuracy
.
Lead and develop a capable C&B team, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge
.
Experience Requirements:
Over 10 years of experience in C&B specialization, preferably in a large manufacturing or consumer goods environment
.
Experience dealing with consulting firms for salary surveys and HR benchmarking
.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
.
Experience in implementing HR technology solutions, such as Workday
.
Ability to relocate if required
