Head of Treasury / Financing Head
Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end financing projects including loan structuring, bank negotiations, and compliance management; develop tailored financing solutions (syndicated loans, project finance, cross-border financing) while monitoring market trends and FX risks; establish and maintain strategic banking relationships, optimizing funding channels and terms; ensure financing activities comply with corporate risk policies and regulatory requirements; oversee loan covenant management, risk assessments, and executive reporting on debt portfolio health.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred); 8+ years of experience with 2+ years in bank relationship management; strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills in English and Chinese; Big 4 audit is a plus.
