Sales Management Support

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and produce pre- and post-sales materials for institutional/wholesale sales teams.
Serve as primary liaison for distribution partners, managing daily operations and onboarding processes.
Act as a knowledge hub for corporate/product information, addressing ad hoc internal queries accurately.
Maintain databases and extract performance/attribution data for client reporting.
Oversee distribution due diligence reviews, compliance assessments, and commission reconciliations.
Prepare regulatory disclosure materials related to sales distribution.

Requirements:

Degree in Finance/Business with 6+ years of mutual fund/sales middle office experience.
Strong English proficiency (reading/writing) and attention to detail.
Deep understanding of investment products, markets, and asset management operations.
Proficiency in tools like Word, Excel, Bloomberg, and fund analysis platforms (e.g., Morningstar).
Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and collaborate across departments.
