Investment Director/ Manager

(Why does the position exist?)
To explore/seize investment opportunities in Asia countries.

 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support and assist and execute private equity transactions including deal screening, structuring, due diligence,
preparation of documents for the Investment Committee’s consideration, and legal documentation.
 Monitor and review performance of portfolio companies. Add value to portfolio companies, where appropriate.
 Make recommendations to the Investment Committee on material decisions including exit and restructuring.
 Any other duties that may be assigned by the Employee's supervisor or the management of the Company from
time to time.
 Support and assist supervisor on special projects and assignments.

Job Requirements

Job Specifications: (Knowledge, skills and abilities normally required for competent performance in the job)
 Fluent in English
 Rich knowledge and experience in Private fund investment in Asia.
Experience:
 Over 10 years in private equity or investment banking experience.
 With experience in handling analysis and dealing with investment projects.
