Job Responsibilities:
• Lead the overall business operations and P&L performance of the Malaysia site, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Develop and execute long-term strategic plans for business expansion, technology upgrades, and sustainable competitiveness.
• Oversee all manufacturing functions, including production, maintenance, logistics, and quality, to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
• Manage and align cross-functional departments—Engineering, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and Quality—to achieve company objectives.
• Plan and execute major CAPEX projects such as facility expansion, new production line implementation, and automation initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to enhance productivity, yield, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure full compliance with EHS, ISO, IATF, and customer-specific standards, maintaining a strong safety and quality culture.
• Strengthen customer relationships through effective communication, contract negotiation, and delivery of high service standards.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and cost management to support sustainable business growth and profitability.
• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain and Engineering teams to optimize production flow, capacity utilization, and delivery performance.
• Build, coach, and develop high-performing teams; foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Represent the company in engagements with clients, suppliers, authorities, and industry associations, upholding corporate integrity and vision
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree (MBA) preferred.
• 8–15 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing or operations, with at least 5 years in a senior or P&L-responsible role.
• Background in electronics, precision, semiconductor, or automotive manufacturing is highly advantageous.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive performance, and build a resultsoriented, high-performing culture
