Job Description

  • Business Development

Responsible for defining and executing partnership and inorganic growth objectives in APAC, including expanding Eaton's presence in strategic markets and regions. Partner and network with key stakeholders in global team and country SLT to ensure alignment of strategic objectives, annual goals and resources across all functions, as well as effectively manage M&A project across region including China, India, Korea, Australia & New Zealand, and Japan. Also responsible for regional product strategy and providing input into the global product strategy for the business in the vehicle electrification space.

  • Marketing

Responsible for shaping the APAC business strategy through comprehensive market analysis, research, forecasting, and data-driven insights, and support growth in the market with particular focus on delivery of the Channel Strategy. Also responsible for APAC Marcom strategy management, including building brand image by create awareness and reinforce presence with target audiences and drive business growth by organizing customer and program focused activities to win business.

  • Commercial

Responsible for driving commercial execution in line with global commercial strategies at regional. To secure this, this role is accountable for implementing effective strategies across APAC region to anticipate future customer/market requirements, effective deployment of the Portfolio, aiding the development of product roadmaps, localization programs and key investment priorities. Drive and manage the short and long-range growth and profitability of destination sales in APAC region. All country sales leaders will functionally report to this role.

  • Develop marketing plans and programs to drive market expansion and channel development.
  • Lead marketing communications and channel marketing to develop persuasive collateral and growth programs to exceed revenue goals.
  • Manage channel structure and drive channel development; Design and execute on pricing, promotion and rebate program.
  • Work closely with commercial team to execute product roadmap and deliver key products and features to the market in a timely and cost effective manner.
  • Responsible for selling tool development, success business stories development/sharing, training workshops, and overall field sales engagement to maximize the effectiveness of the sales teams and channels to market.
  • Responsible for directing, coaching, leading the commercial marketing team in their respective assignments to ensure successful execution of commercial marketing activities.
